(“ILI”) an Idaho nonprofit corporation.  The information on this Site is purely informational and not attorney/ client relationship is created through your use of the Site.  
These Terms may be modified by ILI from time to time in its sole discretion with or without notice to you. Any modifications shall be effective upon posting to the Site. Any use or access of the Site after such change has been made, will constitute acceptance to the modified terms. 

1. Proprietary Rights.
The Site contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other proprietary information (“Intellectual Property”) of ILI and its suppliers and licensors. Most images are licensed through a third party, Raw Pixel, Ltd.  You are not permitted to use any materials from this Site for your own purposes.  If you would like to use any information contained on this Site, please reach out.  Just because something is on the internet doesn’t mean you can just use it.   ILI and its suppliers and licensors own and retain all proprietary rights in and to the Site.  No title or ownership of any rights are transferred to you under these terms. ILI and its applicable third party suppliers and partners hereby reserve all rights in and to the Site.

    You must use the Site in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. You acknowledge that there are risks inherent in Internet connectivity that could result in the loss of Customer’s privacy, confidential information and property. What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
